Fedhealth - *****

I am a member of Fedhealth ( *** )for almost 9 years. Since last year when they implemented the "medivault" its been going bad . I am struggling to get feedback from them( all of them ) . Their staff that assist with online chats ... i dont want to be rude but they dont know what is going on . After my online chat i send fedhealth ( *** as well ***) an email just to get clarity on what is going on with my medical aid . 1st email on the 13th March , 2nd email 19 March , 3rd email 23 March. No one attempted to call me Fedhealth is bad i at the point of canceling and i have received feedback from other people that that when they go to a dr , the drs struggle to their money
