Fedhealth services are terrible

I am fairly new to this medical aid and I have struggled more than once with their horrible service. I had an ophthalmologist appointment today and waited for more than an hour before I was shown away because Fedhealth did not pick up their phone to confirm that I am a member. When I got home I called their member services where the only thing they could do for me was tell me to go back and make sure the receptionist dials the correct number. This is really so unprofessional and totally inconvenient since I arrived half an hour early for the appointment because I know how slow Fedhealth services was in the past
