Fedhealth (Savings Refund Affidavit)

During a time like this I would like to find out from Fedhealth why do they care so little about us, I withdrew from the fund last year but because you have to wait a couple of months before you can claim your saving I waited and now recently I inquired if I can now claim for my savings and was advised yes...form has been emailed to me....but now for me to get my money I must post the form back or go out and catch a taxi 2-3 taxis to pretoria to go hand in the form and supporting documents...Now I am puzzled does Fedhealth not know or care that we have a pandemic our there....why can't the form and supporting documents be emailed.

I have a family to think about....I can't be going outside and bringing back the virus to my 2 year old and my over 60 years old parents.
