FEDHEALTH REFUSING TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

We are trying for over a week to cancel our membership, we need a membership certificate that show the end date of the membership so we can be accepted at the new medical aid. Without any success for over 10 days,

I've been a Paying member since 1 October 2013 and Fedhealth really make things difficult.
