Fedhealth refuses to refund my money

I have been phoning fedhealth med scheme since 22 Dec 2023 for a premium refund and I was promised a 7 day turnaround time but now when I call Tshego from fedhealth tells me she doesn’t know what’s going on because it shows I e been calling but she will escalate the matter. But that’s what the last fedhealth agent said when I called on the 28th of Dec 2023.

It’s easy for them to take your money monthly but hard to return your funds that were already due by November 2023.

Fedhealth customer service is truly bad. Just don’t get involved with Fedhealth Medical Aid Scheme 😡
