Fedhealth refuses to answer my questions. Why? Something to hide?

<p>All I have received in over 2 weeks of waiting is “Thank you for your comment. We are busy investigating your query and will revert shortly.”</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this lengthy silence because at last they realise, hopefully after studying the rules like I have done, that this ridiculous and pointless instruction is NOT IN THE RULES!</p> <p> </p> <p>My query is repeated once again:</p> <p> </p> <p>“Published Jan 10 2017 - Could somebody at Fedhealth kindly explain to me how I am benefiting by having to purchase my chronic medication from Dischem? This is extremely inconvenient and costly for me. I must now drive to Dischem and pay for parking! I take exception to being instructed to do so. I also take exception to being penalised by a 40% surcharge being levied if I don't obey! My corner pharmacy charges the “Scheme Rate Amount” but I still am punished with an unfair levy!</p> <p>Fedhealth, why are you doing this to your members? What possible savings are there for our Scheme? My pharmacist assures me that he will match Dischem’s prices. Does Dischem charge less than the Scheme Rate? If so, my pharmacist will do likewise!”</p>
