Fedhealth refusal to pay medical practitioners account

I have been a member of fedhealth for probably 15 years. Last year they changed ny plan to a grid system. It was extremely confusing. I was told to nominate two doctors which I did. I have the email proof which I provided in my numerous emails to fedhealth. The broker they provided thus their broker said it was unnecessary. I also provided Fedhealth wit thst email. Everything went fine and they paid the doctor from risk in accordance with their rules. That is until my savings ran out in znovember last year. They refused to psy the doctor. I queried. At first they said it was because my savings ran out. I pointed out to them that doctors visits are and have been paid from risk.bthen they said it was because I did not nominste 2 doctors. As I mentioned here above I proveided the proof and their brokers reply. I am judt getting nowhere. I have written numerous emails which they mostly ignored. Now they contradict their own brokers message to me. This review is my last resort as I tried to address the issue via their channels and warned them that I will take further steps if they dont rectify the situstion. They clearly want to hold me liable for their(not mine) brokers mess up. Their communication system is pathetic. Either they ignore messages or they merely say this is the situstion and say query closed. The member have no right to reply to their answer. I have so may query numbers on this one query that I cannot keep track and clearly neither can they because I have to keep on repeating my story. That is when I am lucky enough to get a response. I will nevrr recommend Fedhealth to anybody. From being an extremely satisfied customer I did nor even want to give them one star. They dont deserve a star.
