Absolutely astonishing service, specifically requested a cancellation of medical aid as fees are extremely HIGH and can no longer afford for medical aid to be terminated for last payment END NOVEMBER. Sent numerous mails with no answer over weeks and called numerous times as well during October. Again called beginning November to ensure that my instructions are followed. I no received a bill to say that i need to cover December fees. And SMS with a contact person and number and guess what? the number does not even work.... Absolutely astonoshing, the BEST SERVICE ever. The attitudes of the calll centre staff are so damn rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend at ALL
