Fedhealth products revision to make an increase way above CPI rate

Hi Fedhealth and public.

I do not like your 2019 products revision as it sounds like another ****, here is why:

1. I understood that if I activate MediVault I will take a loan and will be paying for it regardless if I use it on claims or not - is this correct?

2. What will happen to a loan which I paid for and didn't use next year?

3. How is that different from my bank savings account that on top of it earns the interest and I don't have to pay fees for? Besides no one has to approve my medical expenses.

4. What are my day to day allowance without activating a MediVault?

5. Your fees increase this year is ~12.06 % while CPI in 2018 is 4.34% Or should I not use the term increase because it's a new product? Because this is the only way you could go 3 times more than CPI rate.

So how do I benefit?

I do expect a real reply on this one as I have serious doubts about staying with Fedhealth.

Please do not post any meaningless links because I turned your website upside down for this info. And do take time to clarify the concerns because even though I am just an insignificant member like many - we are your client base and we should at least get a feel of benefiting having business with you.

P.S. I will not mention my concerns about your data management to keep it short, but list is long and emails that I sent to ********** don't get any attention. Therefore the decision to post them on the public resource.
