Fedhealth playing with people's lifes

It's been 3 weeks since I app**** for authorisation and fedhealth keep on requesting documents and I keep on supplying them.Its now more than a week with no feedback,nobody can give answers,gets threatend that il be block from using customer chats??????Its getting really ridiculous. I've really had enough now.Ill be laying a complaint with the board of medical aids and let everybody on social media know what kind of medical aid fedhealth has become.....
