Fedhealth - Pay but we wont pay out in an emergency

Loyal Customer for years - no large claims - went to the emergency room - got hospital authorization - refusing to pay for the doctors - I have called numerous times and your so called "Family Room Portal" is a bunch of nonsense - not one claim / authorization request has worked via this channel
