FEDHEALTH PATHETIC USELESS

I recently checked online for my Medi Vault to see if my savings was loaded for my medical aid and see that my Medi Vault is SUSPENDED. I contacted Fedhealth this morning and was informed that my medical aid and medi vault are BOTH suspended due to my debit order being rejected in December 2020. I PAID IT MANUALLY ON THE 12/02/2020 FOR THE AMOUNT OF 3237.50 (of which includes my medi vault). THE DEBIT ORDER ALSO WENT OFF THIS MONTH ON 02 JANUARY 2021. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING PATHETIC SERVICE. I AM CANCELLING MY MEDICAL AID TODAY!!!!! DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
