Fedhealth pathetic , hopeless Medical Aid ! No customer care !!!!!
Most pathetic service ever !! The worst thing that could have happened , was that Topmed was taken over by this hopeless , useless miserable company ! I have been on Topmed my entire life … I changed banks and they terminated me because my bank letter was older than three months ! Now after lots of forms and calls and stress they are still not fixing it . The consultants who are supposed to be looking after my membership, didn’t bother calling me to tell me I’m in arrears ! These are the Topmed staff ! So disappointed!Now I’m terminated… What is the post of having a consultant ! I urge people to never sign up with FEDHEALTH!!! It’s the worst ever !

31 Oct 2022, 11:41I would just like to re iterate that my Medical aid was cancelled due to Fedhealth not updating banking details .
The inconvenience caused and the fact that when I didn’t reply to their email they totally disregarded me and let my membership be terminated.I cannot believe that Even having a consultant didn’t help at all . Not one attempt was made to advise me … not one phone call …
It’s very sad to see how members are treated at Fedhealth ! It’s the worst company ever .
I advise people to stay away from this company at all cost . I will make this public in every way possible. To save others from this stress that I have endured due to take of competence on their side . Pathetic 😖Fedhealth
