FEDHEALTH ......pathetic

ONCE AGAIN EMPTY PROMISES , 3 months now . I recently had some issues with my bank account and all my debit orders bounced and guess what this useless mob did ...... froze my benefits instantly ...... now it’s their turn to pay me and it’s taking 3 months plus to get nowhere . I wish someone would tell me where they hide their CEO

Ok so I get a consultant who leaves a number to phone with my PA which had some success in the phone being answered. She re sends reports sent previously and which I rejected . I obtained a printout of all my purchases in 2018 and WOW , a whole bunch are missing ???????? The 2 reports ( Threshold ) + ( Savings ) allocations differ from each other . Has anyone tried to read their reports ???? they are a complete shambles just like their products .It is not even in date order so how the hell must one reconcile it . Amounts are paid then reversed out months later etc etc which messes with the threshold tally .This lot are complete idiots for taking us all as fools . DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A CONSUMER AUDITOR WHO CAN HANG THIS MESS OUT IN PUBLIC AND SHAME THESE PEOPLE AT THEIR COST. i TRIED CALLING YESTERDAYS NUMBERS AND ANOTHER WOW , i GET OUTLOOK EXCHANGE ASKING ME TO DIAL MY EXTENSION TO RETRIEVE MY MESSAGES ??????????????HOW IS THAT FOR CONFIDENTIALITY !!!!!!!!!AND btw THE OTHER NUMBER USED YESTERDAY NOW NO LONGER EXISTS ............WHAT A BUNCH OF CLOWNS .!!!!!!!!!!!!
