FEDHEALTH ONLY WANT MONEY - NO SERVICE PROVIDED

Halfway through this year I contacted Fedhealth .... after paying since half way through 2016 ... for authorisation for my son to have his wisdoms removed in hospital. The doctor sent a letter stating that this would be necessary and he advised that it would not be advisable to do it in the dentist's chair. Fedhealth stated my plan did not cover this. This was not explained by their "sales force" when I became a member. All the "supervisors" apologised for this fact. My son had to have the wisdoms removed ... the dentist extracted 1 in the chair and now, as the professional has predicted, there are complications. The GP wants an x-ray and sonar done and today Fedhealth advised that "my chosen scheme" does not cover this. No conversation ... no compromise .... just NO! Their manners and their slogan are most definitely not in sync.
