FedHealth ongoing system errors

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from FedHealth from April 2015 to date.<br> 20 April 2015 my wife went to see Dr MS Jacobs at Bellville Melomed but he was never paid for services rendered.<br> The morning of 4 May for her follow up appointment with Dr Jacobs, she was informed that she cannot see him due to non-payment which is quite embarrassing.<br> When his secretary called FedHealth she was informed that since 30 April 2015 a specialist referral number is required for payment.<br> This was of course news to me as I was not informed about any referral numbers needed.<br> She went to Dr Andre Brink last year at Vergelegen MediClinic and didn't need any referral numbers to be medically assisted.<br> My 4 May 2015 appointment with Dr Jacobs has now been infinitely postponed because of FedHealth system problems.<br> She needs to complete her maternity forms for HR by 22 May 2015 with a medical certificate so that she can get paid by the end of June when she gives birth while on maternity leave.<br> Payment not going through since 20 April to date is unacceptable!!!!!<br>
