Fedhealth obviously have internal troubles

Please see how the complaints on Fedhealth escalated over the past few weeks. It does makes one suspicious about whether Fedhealth is in trouble, and hiding this from their members. I wrote another complaint few weeks ago, Fedhealth actually phoned me and basically listened to my complaints, and that is it. Nothing changed.

This morning they surprised me with a letter to inform me that my membership is suspended, because, wait for it, I am behind on my contributions. How convenient just after my son had an operation yesterday for which they obviously want to avoid paying. This after they took double contributions by error (which they admitted to me over the phone) on 1 March.

I say this is a nice story to go public with. Radio 702 is what I have in mind. Just to warn people to stay away or change to another medical aid asap.
