FEDHEALTH - NOT THE MEDICAL AID TO JOIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ON THE WEBSITE THEY SAY THAT CHRONIC CONDITIONS ARE COVERED BY THE MEDICAL AID BUT, IN REAL LIFE, THEY DO NOT APPROVE THAT CONDITION BASED ON THE FACT THAT IT IS "BASIC", WELL YOU HAVE AN ILLNESS OR NOT!!!!!! BUT THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF SHARKS JUST LIKE ALL MEDICAL AIDS, I PAY A HECK OF A PREMIUM EVERY MONTH, FOR THIS????????????????

This was an online application problem and I really think that the online system should be re-visited, as it is not very user-friendly and losses information which was captured.
