Fedhealth not responding to Queries as promised

I've logged an enquiry with Fedhealth regarding non-payment of PMB related admissions and to day Phindile who promised to assist us only gave us feedback once 29nov2017. To this date we have not received feedback on our enquiries as promised by Fedhealth. We need someone that is committed to assist as a matter of urgency.
