Fedhealth not paying a claim.

<p>Yes again I have to fight again with Fedhealth.Starting to be a regular occurance. Initially when phoning for authorization we were told the community payment will be waiver if we send the report of mri that shows cause of pain. The cause of pain is that their is a tear in my wife's hip. So she did not do the scan for Mackey mouse reasons. I send the report like almost 4 weeks ago and never received feedback saying they not going to pay the community payment. The radiologist phone me to tell me about coming payment outstanding. Then I called med aid to tell me about they not going to pay it after we were told if we send the report of cause of pain it will be waiver. This isn't the 1st time I had to fight over an incorrectly handled claim from Fedhealth. I have savings on my account that could of also covered the community payment but that wasn't even considered. I want someone to call me and explain to why they told me a diffrent story before and now it's something different. I would not recommend anyone joining Fedhealth any more. The suppose to be a really medicall aid apparently but seems to me more like a lying medical aid that don't keep to their word. They like to hide behind their t&c's.</p>
