Fedhealth not as promising as their ads etc.....

I was submitted to hospital and paid an amount of R508.00 whereby this amount can be claimed back.<br> <br> Submitted my claim to fedhealth - Phoned next day to ask if they received claim - Aware and received. Said that the claim is in processing would be processed in 7 working days, and by the 7th day I would get a response....<br> <br> This never happened and they even failed to phone me back! I proceeded to phone them again and was told on the 7th day that it is still in processing and not resolved... I do not pay them a week late so I do not know why I am getting this terrible and awful service.<br> <br> I am in the process of moving from medical aid as this is unacceptable and my employer was informed about this.<br> <br> I still do not have an answer and am still waiting...
