Fedhealth not able to assist, wife in danger

Fedhealth refuse or decline my wife's monthly 100 glucose strips because some docter claimed 6 strips on my medical aid, nobody, but nobody at Fedhealth willing or able to assist. The call centre agents refused to switch me through to a claim manager, my wife is in danger of low sugar levels, because we last tested yesterday and don't know what her sugar level is.
