FEDHEALTH, NON PAYMENT, NO FEEDBACK

My dad was recently admitted to hospital for a tumor found and heart condition. His medical aid exclusion was COPD. After performing a tracheostomy for the tumor, he passed away from a suspected cardio event. Not only are FedHealth rejecting his bills based on the COPD exclusion (for which he was not admitted, nor operated on for, nor passed away from), my countless queries remain completely ignored. No feedback to date. Tried calling, however they can't speak to me as I am not the member. Unfortunately, the member has passed.
