FEDHEALTH NO JOY

I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get to a doctor that is myfed registered in my area. They sent lists, of doctors that are no longer on the list, doctors who would not see me because they are not contracted for myfed, and doctors listed that are not from this area. When I raise any query, by chat or mail or phone, they promise to send info in 5 days, but they either dont, or they send the wrong lists again. I fear if we have an emergency and we have to rely on FEDHEALTH
