Fedhealth: New System, but same old mess.

Well, now when you want to log in, you are told that you have to reset your password based on the e-mail Fedhealth has on their system. When you want to reset your e-mail address it, it gives you an OTP etc, but when you try with the new e-mail address, it still does not recognize you. While I have become used to Fedhealth chopping and changing whatever they want whenever they want, I at least still expect their actual IT systems they forceme to use to work?! They are making me use the so-called Family Room, yet They are refusing access, because their system does not register a newly registered e-mail address!!
