fedhealth must fall

Fed health is really one of the worst medical aid schemes we can find, we were previously on top med and they moved us to fed health, i am paying 3900 for my wife and 2 kids, with no savings, no GP visit only a hospital plan, if you want savings you must lend money from them and pay it back, where did you ever hear of a hospital plan for 3900, than we move from their lower scheme to the higher scheme, they didn't mention that we need to pay the back dated amount for august as we only changed scheme mid august, so they debit order without notice the debit order fails and now they suspend the account for 1200 of which we didn't know we must pay for a back dated premium for august, we tried calling emailing no response, they answer is the credit controller is over worked and cannot see to your call now and she is the only one that can help, they are seriously robing innocent people from they hard working money.
