Fedhealth, Money *******!

So I have decided, the only way to get my medical aid to respond and assist me, is to slander their name all accross sosial media, even though you are glad to take my money each month!

Fedhealth is officially the WORST medical aid I have ever been a memeber of.

1. Our doctor accounts are not being settled by the medical aid, and YES, there is money available on the medical aid to cover it. 2. I have been mailing fedhealth for the past 7 days, each mail gets an auto reply to inform me my email has been received, but 7 days of emailing, and I have not had 1 reply, not 1 phone call, not 1 message to assist me. 3. I am very sick, as in life threathening sick. Guess what? Our wonderful fedhealth medical aid, puts me on a 1 year waiting period for a life threatening condition, confirming on email, if I die now, its not their problem. This whole situation is so unreal and pathetic, that my doctor laughed at me thinking I made a joke when I told him they wont cover to help save my life. 4. Even though they say we have unlimited doctors visits, you first make sure to subtract doctors visits from our savings, leaving us with basically no savings for anything, as my savings is paying for my "unlimited" doctors visits

Fedhealth is a joke! Not a medical aid. I am taking my story too the news paper today.
