Fedhealth money making scheme

I was admitted at garden city hospital on the 4th august 2020, same day transfered to milpark hospital. Just on the following day on the 5th i received email from fedhealth stating that they won't pay casualty fees yet garfen city did sent an authorisation, their reason was they want action plan. The problem is if they know what they want why dont they inform the hospital or relevent people cause during that time i was in pain. Even while im writing this im in pain n trying not to be angry because of heart condition. This is not first time they deny paying last uear December had the same broblem but thier reason then was the authorisation request came in late i was liable to pay R800 for emergency room still to pay R500 for xray and R1900 bill came in on the 30 July that i owe empath leboratories. This is not a medical aid is simply a ****. On the current situation the emergecy dept bill is 2000 waiting for zrays and labs and angiogram, ward and hospitalisation yet i thought i have medical aid. Shame it hambled me. Worse no one is taking my calls, i even tried contacting medical aid council, got "your call cannot be taken at this time" . Pains me that my company pays and i pay my share but i dont get t service. The agent is also not available i left her a voice message. Imagine as sick as i am have to go through fighting with medical aid. I dont have money so if i can generate all those funds why should i have medical aid. They lost a client will make sure i dont recommend it to people im closed to. Imagine twice tjwy dont want ro pay.
