Fedhealth moden day ******

So after a long battle, Fedhealth decided not to reinstate my medical aid. Fine, but why should I put in a request to get my money back from you. After I requested my money to be paid back to me, it was said it will be in my account by 12/12/2019. After phoning again, it was said that I can expect it in my account on the 17/12/2019. So in the mean time my money is gaining interest in Fedhealth bank account instead of mine!! I call that *****ing.
