Fedhealth Medivault

Fedhealth Medivault is a ****. After having paid directly to close the medivault account and receiving confirmation from a consultant that I do not owe, months after debit orders stopped. I then went back and asked what is happening only to be told that I owe R1900 which is not reflected anywhere in my last statement. Besides, between what I used on my wallet, past debits and direct payments into the vault...it just does not add up. You end up paying for what Bonitas members are paying without the stress of having to constantly check if you are getting **********.
