Fedhealth medivault

I have been a member of Fedhealth for more than 10 years. Since their Medivault activation I am paying a monthly premium of more than R3000. I have to pay mostly for everything, they surprisingly paid a GP visit. If I activate this vault they take it from may bank account. When I ask their information desk why I am paying double the person says this is the way. Read terms and conditions. I did not have a choice. Previously this was an excellent medical aid. If someone can just explain the logic. You pay a premium but if you claim you pay again. So how is this better than a hospital plan? I am seriously looking at another medical aid. Extremely disappionted. The family room is of no help at all.
