I have been with this medical aid for 1 year now and my experience has been horrible I regret moving to Fedhealth

This month R700 was debuted from my account for the medivalt -Day to Day Savings

I email Prudence Mota - Credit Controller to find out why R700 was debited from my account instead of R450 which shows on my family room account

No response till date This medical aid has been nothing but frustrating

When you send an email no one calls you as they say on their auto response They just don’t care
