Fedhealth Medical Scheme..... what a joke of a company.

i requested to be informed of my new premium and they blatantly ignored my request and without my authorization took out a debit order almost 40% more than the normal monthly amount, even if there was an increase this is way above the norm. i have reversed the debit order and until they contact me and the correct amount is given to be deducted. As this is not my fault it is the inability of your staff, that do not respond to client queries my cover should still be active.
