Fedhealth Medical Scheme very poor service
I have had the worst service from Fedhealth Medical Scheme. Absolutely no luck with call centre and team leader to have my problem resolved. They promise to call back and never do. I have tried more than ten times to resolve issue and get the same empty promises every time. Not good service at all.
