FEDHEALTH MEDICAL SCHEME TERMINATED WITHOUT WARNING!!!!
My membership has been terminated with no warning, I sent an email requesting for payment to be made on the 15th January 2021 but my payment was delayed to the 21st January 2021 as I was awaiting funds and once I had paid and sent my proof of payment through I was advised that my membership has been terminated with absolutely no warning whatsoever!
I cannot even get hold of my credit controller Debbie Hendricks to discuss this matter as her extension is never available, I had no warning that it would be terminated and no one even bothered to call, sms or email.
Please can you call me urgently as I urgently need my medical aid reinstated.
