Fedhealth Medical Scheme - Never had an unpleasant experience.

<p>On the 14th August 2007 I joined FEDHEALTH Medical Scheme and I have to date NEVER had an unpleasant experience. Every single telephone call has been a pleasant, helpful and efficient one.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever forget that I needed an emergency operation and I had not even paid my first installment and like ANGELS - Fedhealth came to the rescue and I was able to have my operation. I don't know of any other Medical Aid that would do that. I am not certain if that is the case now, but I will never ever forget their kind deed.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 10th June 2017- I rushed my 15 month old daughter to Stellenbosch Mediclinic because she was not breathing properly. Unfortunately my chosen Plan on the Scheme did not allow for me to go to that specific Hospital but it was totally out of my control and I had no choice but to go to that hospital because of this emergency.</p> <p>Once again Fedhealth waived my co-payment without hesitation. You see, the difference with FEDHEALTH is that they truly treat you like you are a family member and not just a number. Fedhealth look after each member as if they are the ONLY member on their Medical Scheme.</p> <p>I can never thank you enough - I will never ever change schemes and you will be happy to know that I have told many people about how wonderful you are. </p> <p>It's true what they say "Family take care of Family" </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are the BEST!!!! </p> <p> </p>
