Fedhealth Medical Scheme - *****

They are a bunch of *****. I was retrenched in March 2020. I looked at different medical aids and found Affinity to be a better choice than Fedhealth. I was on the brink of changing but received a call from Simone Louw from Fedhealth whom promised that Fedhealth would equal Affinity health medical aid. To date they have not honored their commitment even after my numerous emails and telling them to check their recordings of my conversations with Simone. They reject claims left right and center saying your funds have been depleted. I was on the blue door option before whereby if you were booked into Hospital all the accounts were paid. Now they moved me to my dad and accounts are not been paid and I have been handed over to lawyers for mon payment. DONT EVER JOIN FEDHEALTH THEY ARE *****. I am currently paying R3,4l per month as an individual and this is the kind of service they offer. Disgusted member Marchale Eva George's.
