Fedhealth Medical Scheme is the worst in my opinion.
This is the most digraceful service I have ever come across. My partner just received bad news via a mammogram and now needs an MRI, documents were submitted by two doctors, MRI was approved, we just received a phone call saying it's not approved. This has to be the worst medical aid scheme, getting uneducated staff to deliver bad news like this.
