Fedhealth Medical Scheme, big question mark

on the 16th February within 3 hours of seeing my GP, I was admitted into Union Hospital cardiac ICU ward Alberton, the next day I receive a text message from Fedhaelth I must make a co-payment of R12500. Quote from there web page flexifed 2 elect members must pay an excess on all admissions except EMERGECIES, don`t you think being admitted into ICU indicates some sort of emergency? now after speaking to them about this, I must get a motivational letter form my GP, hello I`m lucky to be alive. Fedhealths wording in there brochure is either very misleading or false.
