I will never advise anyone to make use of this medical scheme. You pay your monthly premium for absolutely no benefits or medical assistance. Please do not waste your money on this scheme as every year they have new excuses regarding why they will not pay for your medical needs. And unlimited GP visits is an absolute lie/****.

I should be having a operation shortly regarding constant pain that I have had for over 2years now, they have declined my procedure after I have given them all codes and reasons as required. After a long discussion with Fedhealth thy finally sent an approval with a co-payment of R15 000 and the procedure only costs R6200. Can not believe their blatant dishonesty.
