Fedhealth Medical FAILBTO PAY OUT CLAIMS

I have battling with Fedhealth Medical Aid to pay out my medical claims for 5 weeks. Claims was submitted on the 3rd of May'15. Emails back and forth. Same response everytime. Supervisor phoned me on 22 May'15 giving me confirmation that the issues they had around my personal information on my medical aid account was sorted out and my claim will be processed and paid out. It is the 6th of June'15 TWO weeks later. And I received Another email telling me there is information needed. Phoned them the 3rd of June'15, 'supervisor' CONFIRMED EVERYTHING was sorted out. *** spoke to guy named Andrew <br> GUESS what....another email ?? ?? ?!
