Fedhealth Medical Aid - Uselss service

Very *********** Accounts staff I have been having issues with this Medical Aid since January 2020.I receive a disability pension from Alexander Forbes who deduct and make payments to Fedhealth on my behalf but Fedhealth most times fail to allocate these premiums and suspend my medical aid leaving me vulnerable and without .medical aid which is very dangerous as I have some chronic illnesses. Furthermore they have a vault for day to day expenses which is paid separately by myself via debit order. Once again they failed to collect the debit order as stipulated and now suddenly suspended this medivault as well.I made the payment and sent the POP. I called in but no credit controller is available to take my call.They have never ever called me back since January 2020.But they have all my payments but I have no medical aid.? Why, who is so *********** and do Fedhealth actually care about their members welfare or is it just my money they worry about. At this stage I have no medical aid despite all my payments up to date....WHAT IF WE GET SERIOUSLY ILL NOW
