Fedhealth Medical aid - unpaid account

Account LONG outstanding medical account. Treatment date 11 December 2019. Queried AGAIN today, 24 June - still not resolved. Pet answer is "it is an IT problem. Been escalated to team leaders multiple times - no luck. Nearly R16000!!! We pay our medical aid faithfully, but they cannot sort out this account??? Beyond frustrated!!!

*Pet answer* is that it is an *IT problem* . Really!! How long does it take IT to resolve an issue????

It has been escalated to team leaders many times (or so I am told).

What will it take to get this matter resolved and the account paid?
