Fedhealth Medical Aid ******* and *****

Please do not use Fedhealth medical aid. They take your money but dont pay your accounts. I am still fighting with them to settle accounts from May 2020 and older. I have been retrenched and was told by their sales department that they would assist me with my monthly payments by lowering my Instalments. Hahaha what a joke - I am on an income based payment yet I am unemployed but still find the funds monthly to pay my medical aid. They have asked for a 3 month bank statement which I emailed and now they are saying they have a formula they use which determines your income..... I am unemployed?????? They are a bunch of ******s working there. They clearly don't understand English. I was going over to another Medical aid but I thought being with them fir quite some time I would give them the benefit of the doubt....PLEASE DONT EVER USE THEM........***** AND ******* - TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ***** YOU OVER.
