Fedhealth Medical Aid Subs

<p>I have been a member at Fedhealth since 2013, and I have received the yearly notice in January 2017 with regards to sending your income verficiation form before the 16th of January 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have submitted my forms on the 6th of January 2017, and my normal premium would have increase from R890.00 to R980.00 which I could view on my online profile before I submitted my paperwork. </p> <p> </p> <p>After I have sent my paperwork my premium is increased with R500.00 becuase I now fall in a higher income bracket. My current contribution is R1340.00. When I contacted Fedhealth, I spoke with one of the consultants that was not very helpful, she has advised me that it is in the brochure you receive every year, which I have never received and, I have never been contacted to be advised that my premium will go up, or that my benefits will grow with the scheme. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have resigned as a member with Fedhealth because of the poor service I have received, and the fact that they don't care about there members, as they are not every willing to follow up with a memvber, as to why you have cancelled your membership, after being a member for nearly 4 years. </p> <p> </p> <p>Medical aid and health is a must have and not a option in this country.</p>
