Fedhealth Medical Aid robbing their clients

I moved from Discovery and immediately joined Fedhealth on the 01st August 2014. On the 15th September I got injured. I was not admited in hospital due to the fact that on their side it said I am panding. I hade been with Discovery for 5 years then moved to them without any break. My employer called them to query. They told my employer that approval was done. But now I'm sitting with a bill of R1300 from Clinix Hospital. As my accident was not paid. I sent them the statement 3 weeks ago. The consultant promised me a call back. Till today. I'm still waiting. I poke to one consultant now who transfered me to customer service. I was on hold more than 40minutes.
