Fedhealth Medical Aid misleading their clients

Fedhealth misleading their customers. I was using Discovery medical aid from 01 June 2009 till 31 July 2014. I moved to Fedhealth on the 01st August 2014. I had an accident on the 15th September 2014. I fell and broke my ankle. I was taken to Clinix Private hospital. Where I was not assisted, because Fedhealth informed the hospital that I was on waiting period till the 01st November 2014. I didn't see the sense in that as I was previously on medical aid for the past 5 years without any break in between. On the 25th September 2014 I went to consult a Doctor as I was having extreme pains due to the injury. I was then referred to go to the hospital by the doctor. I had to go to a public hospital whilst I was paying the lump-sum of R1870 monthly. The hospital bill was resolved this year. To my surprise again I went to the doctor on the 04th May 2015. To be informed that the bill for the 25th September 2014 was not paid by Fedhealth. Which means that for all the time I was paying Fedhealth I was only donating to them not to pay the funds when required.
