fedhealth medical aid -incorrect depletion of savings - no refund

<p>On Maxima Basis they say that they pay out of hospital benifit (for approved optometrists)</p> <p>one consultation every 2 years to the optometrist + lenses + R182 for frames. the extra cost of frames is from your savings account. (this is per beneficiary.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I asked for a list of approved optometrists, which they sent. I then took my 2 kids for glasses to the optometrist on the list.</p> <p>The medical aid paid all cost from my savings account. The reason for this is given as: 1 The optometrist is not approved</p> <p> 2 the cost of glasses comes from your savings.</p> <p>So what do you call this? Misleading the consumer?? *****ing your money WHat??</p>
