Worst Medical Aid Support Ever. Try and explain that the Doctor changed Chronic medication and they have a million excuses why they cant help you. Never in my life would you think that a lesser dose at a smaller costs would be rejected. Always having problems claiming anything and the help when calling is so confusing....always leave it up to the customers to sort the **** out....useless medical aid.......hopefully i can change soon !
