Fedhealth Medical Aid are *********

<p>i cancelled my medical aid with fedhealth in July 2016, i missed the payment at the end of July because i didnt realise your company deducts in arrears. i received a sms that premium needs to be paid or action will be taken against me, so i called the call centre and was told that you cannot accept payment from me as i missed the deadline stipulated on the sms. the consultant told me that now the amounts paid by the scheme in the month of july will be revesered so the money i wanted to pay you guys i can pay directly to the service provider, i even laughed at the agent because i owed fedhealth R2300 and the Dr's Bill was only R900. A month later i get an sms stating that money is still owed to fedhealth and if is not paid i will be blacklisted so i called and spoke to a manager, i explained my interaction with your consultant which conveniently the call could not be found and listened too. Saving myself the agrivation i paid the money owed to fedhealth. Now yesterday i received a letter from a service provider that Fedhealth has revesered a tranaction that was paid in july which i need to honor. </p> <p>So i ask you why did your company threaten me with legal action for a premium which i had paid you and still go and reverse a bill like a bunch of *********.</p>
